Engineering Technician

Location: Chatsworth, CA
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Engineering Technician to join our growing aerospace manufacturing team in Chatsworth, CA. This role will support engineering and production activities by assisting with product testing, documentation, troubleshooting, process improvements, and technical support. Key Responsibilities

• Support engineers with product development, testing, and validation activities.
• Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing and assembly issues.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data and results.
• Prepare technical reports, work instructions, and engineering documentation.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and aerospace quality requirements.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or a technical environment.
• Familiarity with engineering documentation and testing procedures.
